About the role
We are searching for a Social Services Director that is resident‑ and family‑focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families.
- Assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
Qualifications
- Licensed Social Worker.
- Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience with nursing homes preferred.
