Social Services Case Manager

This role requires strong critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships. The incumbent must demonstrate leadership and take appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities include: providing social work services in clinical settings, particularly in areas such as Dialysis, Transplant, Cystic Fibrosis, and mental status exams in the Emergency Department. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, preferably in Florida. Additional qualifications include a background in Psychology, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, or related social services fields.
