About the role

Bryant Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Social Services/Admissions professional for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the overall operation of the Social Services department. Responsibilities include ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met and maintained according to current standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Social Services department
• Ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met and maintained on an individual basis
• Comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Work closely with the Administrator to meet resident needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Licensed Social Worker preferred
• 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long Term Care
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
