Social Rehab Counselor (Overnight)

Position Overview Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, the Social Rehab Counselor (SRC) provides both clinical and residential support to individuals served. Responsibilities include community support, case management, daily living assistance, and promoting a safe, supportive, and goal-oriented home environment.
