Social Programmer, B/R Betting

About the Role

WBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join the B/R Betting team. You'll produce content daily across B/R Betting's social channels—Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and the Bleacher Report App.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create (edit/package) content for B/R Betting’s social and app channels, aligning with the brand’s voice.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curated content strategies.
• Curate content from Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Monitor X, TikTok, and other social aggregation tools daily.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the national programming team to identify content for B/R’s national handles.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in digital media, social media, or content curation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the B/R Betting brand.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging social platforms.
• Strong content identification skills—ability to highlight audience-relevant moments during high-volume periods.
• Ability to write clean copy and proofread.
• Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting, and digital media.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines.
• Comfort in front of the camera is a plus.

Pay

Base pay range: $49,000.00 – $91,000.00 salary per year.
