Social Producer
Responsibilities
- Oversee content production processes and operations across the team for employee brand.
- Manage production schedules for individual projects, including development, pre-production, production, asset management, and post-production deadlines.
- Develop production plans and contingencies, including budgets, schedules, and equipment or technology recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain and manage the production calendar.
- Oversee the production lifecycle for video and multimedia content, ensuring timelines, creative briefs, and deliverables remain on track.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute creative concepts and manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback processes.
- Communicate editorial and brand guidelines to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and track invoices, purchase requests, and project-related expenses.
- Manage team resources, templates, and operational documentation.
- Oversee content archiving processes and maintain organized asset libraries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience.
- Experience with employee brand production such as spotlight videos, day in the life, leadership content, company culture highlights, and etc.
- Experience managing production for editorial, marketing, video, and digital content.
- Experience overseeing production across multiple content formats and channels.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience managing project resources, budgets, and financial tracking.
- Experience working with external creative, production, and agency partners in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to uphold editorial and quality standards.
- Experience improving operational processes and driving production efficiencies.
- Proven ability to motivate teams, build consensus, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience working with creative agencies and industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Frame.io.
- Ability to deliver high-quality content while managing limited resources.
- Familiarity with content publishing workflows, creative tools, and digital platforms.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
