This role requires a deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies, as well as the ability to integrate these elements into impactful social media campaigns.

What You Will Do Here

  • Win the Room: Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that showcase innovative, socially-native strategies that resonate with both current and potential clients.
  • Redefine Measurement: Develop measurement frameworks that focus on attention, business impact, cultural resonance, and ROI, moving beyond traditional vanity metrics.
  • Architect Dynamic Ecosystems: Design flexible, responsive social systems that adapt to the evolving landscape of platforms like TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Discord, and emerging technologies.
  • Champion Modern Creation: Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to ideate social-first campaigns that leverage trends, sounds, and community behaviors.
  • Harness New Tech: Experiment with and integrate AI tools into social listening, ideation, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Love of socially-native big ideas: Think creatively and strategically, integrating social media into broader marketing efforts.
  • Can capture an audience: Guide and inspire clients and colleagues through insightful storytelling and a touch of showmanship.
  • Algorithmic and Platform Fluency: Understand the inner workings of major platforms, including their algorithms and how they influence content distribution.
  • Data Storytelling: Synthesize complex social data and cultural signals into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making at the C-suite level.
  • Believes in “We” before “I”: Foster collaboration and elevate the contributions of all team members.
  • Thinks fast on feet: Navigate the rapid pace of internet culture with ease and precision.
  • Endurance, resilience, and unstoppable optimism: Maintain a positive outlook in the face of industry challenges.
  • Prior senior agency experience: Bring a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and the ability to innovate within established frameworks.
  • Creator economy expertise: Build strategies that effectively integrate influencers and creators into marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced paid social strategy: Master the integration of organic and paid social media efforts to achieve optimal results.
  • AI proficiency: Utilize large language models or AI tools to forecast trends, develop strategies, and analyze data.
