About the Role
Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Strategist.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop branded Auto-Owners content for review
- Curate and manage content using existing tools for all Social Media platforms
- Suggest and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) using existing tools to gauge a Social Media Platform’s success
- Adept at adopting Social Media best practices based on Auto-Owners’ standards and culture
- Monitor social media platforms for both Auto-Owners and our sponsorship partners and engage with followers who leave comments
- Share positive online reviews with key stakeholders and forward negative reviews to the claims team for investigation
- Aid in regional philanthropic efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required. This requirement may be waived prior to education and experience at the company’s discretion.
