Social Media Specialist - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support the planning, creation, and management of content across our social media channels. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging our audiences, and translating brand messaging into compelling social content.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Assist in developing content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand priorities.
• Analyze post performance and compile regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support community engagement initiatives by identifying conversations and opportunities for brand participation.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
