Social Media Specialist (Remote)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media Specialist to join our young and energetic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing social media advertising, content creation, and community management for our existing clients. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining time in our White Plains, NY office with remote work, providing flexibility for self-motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience with Facebook advertising
• Two to three years of experience with LinkedIn advertising
• Proficiency in social media community management tasks
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (a plus)
• Familiarity with Google Ads (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Execute new social media advertising campaigns, including setting up and launching ads across platforms
• Monitor, track, and analyze advertising performance metrics to optimize results
• Adjust bids, budgets, and testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
• Write compelling ad copy for paid social campaigns tailored to target audiences
• Provide strategic recommendations for targeting and budgeting to maximize ROI
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for social media marketing initiatives
• Participate actively in planning, presenting, and implementing social media strategies for multiple clients
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to inform campaign strategies
