Social Media specialist & community coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and manage organic marketing campaigns to increase visibility and strengthen the brand image.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies.
• Develop and manage content on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead growth efforts in community interactions on Telegram.
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand user needs and feedback to develop the company's products and services.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and social media.
• Experience in community management and content management on X (Twitter) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• Open to the company's field and the pace of work in a startup.
