Position SummaryThe Social Media Specialist owns TTI’s organic social media presence, content strategy, and online community. This is not a post-and-ghost role — we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, shows up as a true team member, and understands that in the therapist education space, community and relationship are everything. This role starts is 20-25 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time role within 3–6 months. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & GrowthOwn TTI’s social media strategy across all active platformsDrive platform growth with quality, authentic content and meaningful engagement — not just follower countsIdentify relevant social trends and audience interests within the therapist education and mental health professional marketIdentify high-performing content trends and engagement patterns and apply those insights to ongoing strategyProactively bring new content ideas, platform trends, and growth opportunities to the teamUnderstand the nuances of relationship-driven marketing within the therapist education spaceThink creatively while maintaining a strategic and results-driven approach Content Creation & PublishingDraft social media posts aligned with TTI’s voice, values, and campaign calendarSubmit posts for review and approval prior to publishingUtilize HubSpot scheduling tools to connect social content to active campaigns and track engagement Community Strategy & EngagementOwn the strategy for TTI’s online communityCollaborate with customer service/operations for community executionSupport planning and promotion of live Q&As, partnership webinars, and consultant engagement initiativesHelp strengthen audience trust, retention, and long-term community engagement through consistent, thoughtful interaction Video Content StrategyOwn the strategy for quality, engaging video content across platformsDevelop engaging short-form and long-form video content strategies that serve both community growth and on-demand content goalsIntegrate video strategy with community initiatives and clinical contentCollaborate on content planning aligned with launches, campaigns, and community initiatives Performance & Data OwnershipOwn social media metrics end-to-end — understand the KPIs and what drives themApply platform-specific best practices and content optimization knowledge to continually improve performanceUse data and engagement insights to guide future content decisions and platform strategyShow up to team meetings prepared and willing to share performance data, insights, and recommendations Collaboration & Team ContributionIntegrate and collaborate cross-functionally with the TTI team on campaigns, launches, and community initiativesWork with partnership contacts on co-marketing, webinars, and collaborative content opportunitiesProactively raise issues and concerns, and offer proposed solutionsOperate as a true team member with ownership and accountability.Demonstrate alignment with TTI’s core organizational values in all interactions Technology & Platform FluencyWillingness to dive into TTI’s tech stack and learn internal toolsComfortable learning and utilizing evolving social media, AI, and scheduling toolsAbility to utilize platform analytics and reporting tools effectively across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Required Qualifications4+ years of experience managing social media strategy and content for a brand, organization, or professional communityDemonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences with authentic, strategic contentStrong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Experience with content scheduling tools; HubSpot or comparable platform experience preferredExcellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across platformsComfort with video content strategy, including short-form and long-form formatsData-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide content and strategy decisionsAbility to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsBackground in health, wellness, mental health, or professional/continuing education markets a plusExperience building and managing online communitiesFamiliarity with HubSpot marketing toolsVideo editing or production experienceExperience with AI-powered content tools BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave Paid Company Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match (eligible after 6 months)Education/Professional Development StipendTechnology StipendFlexible Hours (Core working days are Monday through Friday; daily start and end times are flexible based on role needs, team collaboration, and manager discretion)Discretionary Bonus eligible, subject to individual performance and company eligibility requirementsOptional Health Insurance Stipend (see below) Health Insurance StipendTTI offers an optional health insurance stipend of up to $350/month for employees who are not covered under another health insurance plan (e.g., a spouse’s or parent’s employer plan) and who independently enroll in and maintain a qualifying individual health insurance policy.To receive the stipend, employees must (1) certify they are not enrolled in another group or employer-sponsored plan, and (2) provide proof of their individual plan enrollment. The stipend is paid as a separate taxable reimbursement upon submission of documentation. Preferred Hiring StatesTTI currently has payroll established in the following states.
