Social Media Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Social Strategy & Execution
- Manage the day-to-day publishing and optimization of content across all social channels.
- Identify emerging social trends, platform features, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Support campaign launches by coordinating social deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives.
- Content Management
- Manage the social content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Partner with Creative to develop platform-specific content that reflects the brand voice and visual identity.
- Partner with creative to write engaging captions and optimize content for each platform.
- Aid in content planning, asset organization, and campaign execution.
- Influencer & Community Support
- Coordinate product shipments, content approvals, timelines, and reporting for influencer campaigns.
- Build relationships with creators and assist with day-to-day communication.
- Maintain and respond to community engagement, escalating conversations as necessary.
- Identify new creators and partnership opportunities.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Track social performance and campaign KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends.
- Recommend opportunities to improve engagement and content performance.
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of social media experience, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing tools.
- Familiarity with social analytics and reporting platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Hightly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passion for storytelling, community building, and social media innovation.

Pay
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
