About the role

Rankings.io is growing quickly, expanding its brands, capabilities, and reach. We’re building the marketing team to support the next stage of that growth. We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn strategy into consistent execution across three connected brands: Rankings.io (a leading legal marketing agency), Personal Injury Mastermind (including PIM and PIMCON), and Chris Dreyer Co. (our founder and executive brand).

You’ll partner closely with the Social Media Manager, who leads strategy, creative direction, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Your role is to bring those strategies and integrated campaigns to life across social channels, managing the day-to-day social media engine: publishing at volume, adapting content for each platform, engaging audiences, identifying what performs, and keeping execution moving.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Execution
    • Publish and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
    • Maintain accurate content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple brands
    • Manage a high volume of content without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or brand consistency
    • Adapt campaign ideas, podcasts, newsletters, webinars, articles, and event content for each platform and audience
    • Optimize captions, formats, thumbnails, metadata, links, and calls to action
    • Keep social profiles current, accurate, and optimized
  • Testing and Performance
    • Test different hooks, formats, posting times, creative approaches, and calls to action
    • Sort through performance data and content volume to identify meaningful patterns
    • Recognize what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next
    • Track platform metrics and maintain organized reporting dashboards
    • Share actionable observations with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team
    • Stay current on platform changes, emerging formats, and audience behaviors
  • Integrated Campaign Support
    • Execute social components of integrated campaigns across brand, demand generation, email, web, events, and content
    • Translate a central campaign idea into platform-specific posts and audience-specific messaging
    • Coordinate with designers, writers, video partners, demand generation, media, and other internal teams
    • Ensure campaigns launch on time and remain consistent across channels
    • Identify opportunities to extend successful campaign content through additional posts, angles, and formats
  • Community Management
    • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and tagged content
    • Respond in the appropriate brand voice and help build relationships with followers, clients, partners, and industry professionals
    • Identify relevant conversations where our brands or executives should participate
    • Escalate sensitive, high-priority, or reputation-related conversations when needed
  • Content Support
    • Write strong social copy and develop platform-specific post concepts
    • Create graphics, videos, short-form content, or lightweight edits when needed
    • Support content capture during company events, conferences, podcasts, and recording sessions
    • Collaborate with creative and video partners on more complex production
    • Maintain organized content libraries and reusable assets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience in-house, at an agency, or supporting a creator or executive
  • Experience managing multiple platforms, brands, and publishing calendars
  • Proven ability to publish consistently and manage a high volume of work
  • Strong understanding of how content should differ across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret social performance data and turn it into practical next steps
  • Experience contributing to integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, executives, and external partners
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar project management tools

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools
  • Experience with CapCut, Descript, Premiere, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • YouTube channel management experience
  • Experience supporting a founder or executive brand
  • Familiarity with legal marketing, professional services, B2B media, or agency environments
  • Experience supporting live events, conferences, or real-time social coverage

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $70,000
  • Fully Remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $100 Wellness Reimbursement Program
  • Quarterly training stipend for Professional Development
  • 401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)
  • 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance (For Employee)
