Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Design and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community across all social media channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility.
- Handle social media crises and negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on social media best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Able to assist with marketing, design, and administrative tasks.
