Social Media Specialist

Full-time position based in Boca Raton, FL.

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive team member to join us in our office! In this role, you will be the bridge between our day-to-day office operations, our social media presence, and our customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content on our social media channels.
• Monitor and manage the main office email inbox (replying to inquiries and sorting emails).
• Actively reach out to potential customers via email and social media DMs to build relationships.
• Handle general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and punctual (In-office role).
• Experience with Canva or basic video/image editing is a plus, but not required.
• No college degree or formal experience required—we will train the right person.
