Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creating engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for social media posts.
  • Making social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build a community.
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROI.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
  • Ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Tools and Technologies

  • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
  • Advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Development Methodologies Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing methodologies including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
