Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creating engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for social media posts.
- Making social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build a community.
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROI.
- Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about industry developments.
- Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
