SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER [URGENT]

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager for a hybrid independent contractor role in the Atlanta area. You will develop and execute social media strategies for our luxury fragrance and beauty brand, building brand awareness, audience growth, customer engagement, and support for product launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives.
You will work with the Creative Director and stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize short- and long-form video, photography, motion graphics, and platform-specific content
- Manage content calendars and campaigns
- Identify trends and cultural opportunities
- Report on performance with recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- At least five years of social media marketing experience
- Strong results-focused portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and AI tools
Qualifications
Experience with luxury beauty, fragrance, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
This is a full-time contract position.
