What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies across key platforms.
- Manage social media platforms, encompassing campaign setup, execution, and daily monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct meticulous media planning and budget management for social media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns, consistently striving to achieve and surpass client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze social media data and metrics to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Serve as a primary client-facing contact for all social media initiatives, effectively communicating strategies, progress, and results.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including creative and project management, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign delivery.
- Support influencer and ambassador management communications as needed, extending the reach and impact of campaigns.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on both paid and organic strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on major social platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated experience in media planning, budget management, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to work East Coast hours if based in other time zones.
Skills
- Experience with influencer and ambassador management (nice-to-have).
