On-siteMarketing$90k–$115k/yrFull-time

Location: Austin, TX or New York, NY (Hybrid) | Employment: Full‑time | Reports to: CMO of Nood, Co‑Founder/CMO of Tempo

The Opportunity

Nood is a high‑growth beauty‑tech brand making at‑home hair removal more accessible, with an expanding roadmap of devices and skincare. The Social Media Manager will turn products, customer experiences, and the brand’s point of view into content people want to watch, share, and return to. The role also supports brand incubations under the Nood umbrella, such as Tempo, the newly launched wellness and supplement brand.

What You’ll Own

  • Organic Social Strategy – develop content pillars, channel plans, and publishing calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligned with product priorities, audience needs, and growth targets.
  • Hands‑On Content Creation – concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish short‑form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and other formats; produce the majority of day‑to‑day content yourself.
  • Brand Voice & Storytelling – translate product education, real routines, customer questions, and cultural moments into distinctive content while keeping Nood recognizable across platforms.
  • Creative Testing – test hooks, formats, pacing, and recurring series; spot trends early, iterate based on results, and carry winning ideas across brands.
  • Audience Engagement – manage comments, mentions, and DMs in each brand’s voice; join relevant conversations, feature customers, route service issues to Customer Experience, and turn recurring questions into content ideas.
  • Content Collaboration – partner with the Creator Partnerships & Community Lead on creator assets; work with Performance Creative and Paid Media to turn organic winners into ads and feed paid learnings back into organic.
  • Performance & Reporting – own social dashboards, report weekly on reach, retention, shares, saves, audience growth, and site traffic; explain successes, failures, and next steps.
  • Selective Portfolio Support – help Tempo and future brands establish their social voice, test content, support launches, and document a repeatable 90‑day playbook.
