Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and cultural moments that align with Magnolia’s brand
- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled, approved, and optimized for performance
- Monitor, respond, and engage with our community in real-time, fostering meaningful connections with our audience
- Partner with marketing, PR, and creative teams to align social media initiatives with broader brand campaigns
- Track, measure, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future content and engagement strategies
- Oversee operational tasks such as vendor onboarding, quarterly audits, and social account management
- Create and execute a thorough plan to ensure a robust library of social content consisting of photos and videos
- Cookordination with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across accounts
- Cookordination with cross-functional teams to ensure connected storytelling through planning and production of content
- Report on account performance quarterly

Eligibility Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with a related degree, 4-7 years of experience with a non-related degree, or 5+ years of industry experience preferred
- Experience maintaining accounts across a wide range of social media platforms required
- Portfolio required
- Required to work all Magnolia events; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
