Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage daily engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Design graphics and short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership to promote campaigns, events, and company updates
- Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms
- Experience in developing, executing and optimizing paid and organic social media campaigns
- Experience running and monitoring social media ads
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running paid ads
- Video editing experience
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
