Social Media Manager

About the role

Start Club Corp is hiring a Social Media Manager to support brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications. This role is centered on planning, publishing, monitoring, and measuring social media content and community activity. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a social content calendar across the company's approved platforms.
• Draft, schedule, publish, or coordinate posts, graphics, short-form video, and campaign content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community activity and respond or route issues according to policy across marketing, research, and events.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and other social performance measures.
• Coordinate creative assets, approvals, links, hashtags, and campaign timing with marketing partners.
• Review performance trends and recommend content, timing, or audience adjustments based on results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, community management, and publishing practices.
• Comfort using social scheduling, analytics, design, and reporting tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and platform context.
• Ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics and turn them into practical actions.
• Good judgment when responding to public comments or escalating sensitive issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$82,500 - $91,500 per year
