We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the job posting. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe experience and skills?), Qualifications (maybe similar?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits (if any), Pay (if any), Schedule (if any). The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits explicitly. So we should NOT include those sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes no such boilerplate. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The title is Social Media Manager; we should not put that as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Thus we will have sections: About the role (maybe a paragraph describing role), Responsibilities (list of duties), Experience And Skills (maybe as Requirements or Qualifications?), Skills (maybe separate). The posting includes "Experience And Skills" and "A Great Candidate Will Have". We could treat "Experience And Skills" as Requirements/Qualifications, and "A Great Candidate Will Have" as additional qualifications or preferred skills. We need to decide mapping: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could combine. Better: Use About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties from sections: Social Strategy & Channel Ownership, Content Planning & Execution, Community & Audience Engagement, Campaign & Cross-Functional Support, Reporting & Insights, Process & Operations). Then Requirements (the "Experience And Skills" bullet list). Then Qualifications (maybe "A Great Candidate Will Have" list). Then Skills (maybe we could extract specific skills from those lists? But we already have them. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications; but we need to follow instruction: use headings only when content present. We could have Requirements and Qualifications both. We must not invent content. So we need to extract lists exactly as they appear. Let's parse. Intro paragraph: "Job Vision FM is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media across our family of brands. This role is responsible for helping Musicbed, Filmsupply, and Stills show up with clarity, consistency, taste, and momentum across the channels where our creative community spends time. This is not a role built around becoming the face of the brand. It is a strategy and execution role for someone who understands how to shape a point of view, build community, translate brand priorities into compelling social content, and use social platforms to create meaningful connections with filmmakers, photographers, artists, agencies, brands, and creative teams. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical. You understand platform behavior, cultural trends, content performance, and brand voice. You can build a calendar, write strong copy, partner with creative teams, identify opportunities, and keep work moving without losing sight of the larger strategy. You care deeply about quality, but you also know how to move quickly, test ideas, and learn from the results. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and a high level of taste. You will be a member of the Marketing team, but work cross-functionally with the Creative, Content, and Sales teams to ensure our social presence supports brand awareness, community engagement, campaign priorities, artist and filmmaker relationships, and long-term business goals." That's prose for About the role. Then "Who You Are" paragraph: "You are a social-first marketer with strong creative instincts and a clear understanding of how brands build trust online. You know the difference between posting content and building a presence. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands, channels, campaigns, and stakeholders at once. You are energized by creative communities and understand the worlds of filmmaking, photography, music, advertising, and digital storytelling. You are not chasing trends for the sake of trends; you know how to evaluate what fits the brand, what serves the audience, and what has the potential to move the business forward. You bring structure to creative work. You can turn business priorities into a social plan, translate campaigns into platform-specific content, and keep teams aligned around what is publishing, why it matters, and how it is performing." That could also be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications. But we can incorporate into About the role as well. Then "About Us" paragraph: "FM is the parent company of Musicbed, Filmsupply, and Stills, three premium content licensing brands serving the filmmaking and creative industries. We represent an elite roster of artists, composers, photographers, and filmmakers, placing their work in films, television, advertising, and digital media worldwide. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we partner with entertainment leaders such as Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate, Netflix, MTV, and ESPN, as well as global brands including Nike, Apple, Google, Lamborghini, and Spotify." That's also About the role? Could be separate but we can include in About the role. Then sections: Social Strategy & Channel Ownership (list of bullet points). Content Planning & Execution (list). Community & Audience Engagement (list). Campaign & Cross-Functional Support (list). Reporting & Insights (list). Process & Operations (list). Then "Experience And Skills" (list). Then "A Great Candidate Will Have" (list). Thus we need to create Responsibilities section combining the bullet lists under those headings? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus we need to map: - About the role: prose (intro + Who You Are + About Us maybe). Could be multiple paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties from the functional sections (Social Strategy & Channel Ownership, Content Planning & Execution, Community & Audience Engagement, Campaign & Cross-Functional Support, Reporting & Insights, Process & Operations). We'll combine them into a single

        with each bullet as
      • . Ensure we preserve all bullet text. - Requirements: maybe the "Experience And Skills" list (the required experience). Could be considered Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the "A Great Candidate Will Have" list (preferred qualifications). Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could extract specific skills from those lists? But we already have them in Requirements and Qualifications. Could we make a Skills section summarizing skills like "Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms, writing, editing, communication, creative judgment, visual quality, storytelling, brand voice, social calendars, publishing workflows, reporting, analytics, organizational, project management, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling tools, analytics tools, interest in filmmaking, photography, music, advertising, creative production, creator culture"? That would be inventing? It's derived from the lists, but we risk summarizing. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should not create a Skills section that summarizes; we should keep the detailed lists under Requirements and Qualifications. However we need to decide whether to include Skills heading at all. If we don't have a distinct Skills list separate from Requirements/Qualifications, we should not emit a Skills heading. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have two distinct lists: required experience and preferred qualifications. Could we put both under Requirements? Might be okay but we risk losing distinction. However we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections, each with its own list. Thus we will have:
