Social Media Manager

About The Role

The role drives the end-to-end organic social strategy, growing brand awareness and community engagement across all major platforms. This position translates complex product messaging into highly engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with both developers and technical decision-makers. The ideal candidate lives and breathes internet culture, social media trends, and audience engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Create, write, and produce high-quality, platform-native content, including short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), infographics, and long-form threads
• Maintain a presence on social media, monitoring daily conversations, engaging with followers, industry leaders, and partners in real-time to foster community growth
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing cadences and alignment with product launches and campaign milestones
• Track and analyze key social performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, referral traffic) and deliver monthly reports to leadership
• Partner with design and video teams to brief and produce custom visual assets that meet platform specifications

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience managing social media and community platforms for a high-growth B2B or B2C technology company
• Proven track record of growing technical social communities on Twitter/X and LinkedIn, supported by a portfolio of successful campaigns
• Expertise with social publishing and listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Loomly, as well as native platform analytics
• Strong copywriter and visual storyteller with experience creating basic graphics (Canva/Figma) and editing short-form video
• Bonus: Experience managing developer-focused or open-source communities, or working with influencer marketing programs
