About the role

Boldin is a financial planning platform that aims to democratize financial confidence. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Boldin’s social presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities
  • Create high-performing, shareable content that educates, inspires, and sparks conversation
  • Manage and actively engage with comments, conversations, and community interactions
  • Optimize for growth and performance by tracking and improving key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, and saves
  • Collaborate with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing teams to ensure consistent presence and performance across all channels

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of social platforms and their dynamics
  • Strong instincts for resonant and shareable content
  • Cultural awareness and trend sensitivity
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance data
  • Experience in content creation and management
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Experience with video content creation and management
  • Familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
  • Understanding of personal finance or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow
