About the Role
Manage a social strategy that supports and elevates the brand through creating innovative social content, strategies, and brand campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, management, and execution of a clear and impactful social strategy to grow the bank’s social media following, increase engagement, and position the bank as a thought leader in the impact banking space.
- Own all day-to-day operations for the bank’s owned social media channels, including daily monitoring and engagement.
- Work with the creative team to develop new and engaging content ideas and strategies to engage the bank’s audience.
- Identify and manage external partnerships and campaigns with relevant brands, organizations, and influencers.
- Manage and deeply understand paid social media strategies and buys.
- Provide social media support to internal stakeholder initiatives.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure alignment of content with seasonal, product, and brand events.
- Develop and maintain regular reports on social analytics, track against KPIs, and optimize content using analytical tools with actionable recommendations.
- Identify emerging social channels, trends, and content.
- Ensure alignment on content that builds brand awareness and optimizes growth strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s brand voice and tone.
- Provide general marketing support and assist with other marketing functions and day-to-day requests as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of related experience in social media marketing.
- Deep understanding of social media channels in B2B and B2C engagement.
- Ability to utilize digital and social marketing to meet marketing and company-wide objectives.
- Creative thinker with proven experience creating social media content, campaigns, and strategy.
- Experience with video and content creation tools.
- In-depth understanding of marketing, industry, and social media trends.
- Ability to manage and track campaign KPIs and SEO with social media analytics platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously and with flexibility.
- Vendor management experience.
- Excellent writer with strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to drive projects and deliverables.
Pay
The starting base salary for this role is between $90,000.00 – $110,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Schedule
Hybrid work model: three days or more on-site per week (Monday–Thursday), with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business-critical tasks require an on-site presence. This model does not apply to contact center, branch service roles, or positions covered by collective-bargaining agreements.
