Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, platform-native Social Media Manager to help create, edit, and publish engaging content across our social channels. This is a 100% remote, paid internship requiring 5-12 hours per week. You will work directly with our team to bring our brand story to life, with a heavy focus on short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Create fun engaging AI Videos promoting our company using Capcut AI
• Plan and schedule posts using management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and format updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Respond to comments, engage with our community, and monitor direct messages.

Requirements

• Proficiency in mobile editing apps like CapCut, In Shot, or Adobe Premiere Rush, and design tools like Canva.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively via Slack/email.
• Portfolio Required: Examples of your own content creation (personal or professional) that showcase your video editing and storytelling skills.

Pay

$20-30 hr. (NY/NJ Market)

Schedule

5-12 hours per week with a flexible schedule. 100% Remote.
