About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Management Intern to help grow our online brand presence. You will be responsible for content creation, scheduling posts, community engagement, and analytics tracking across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with overall campaigns. Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across social media platforms
• Create engaging visual and copy content using tools like Canva
• Monitor brand mentions, respond to comments and messages
• Track social media metrics and generate performance reports
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters for campaigns
• Research trending topics and hashtags
• Assist in influencer outreach and collaboration
• Support live events and social media campaigns

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Understanding of social media metrics and analytics
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
• Knowledge of video editing tools
• Prior experience managing social media for a brand
