• Plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Write captions that stop the scroll (no corporate-speak allowed)
• Build out monthly content calendars to stay ahead of the game
• Show up to community events and make them look amazing on camera
• Track analytics and report on what’s working and what flopped
• Jump into DMs and comments to keep the community buzzing
• Brainstorm wild ideas and share them with the team

You're Probably Our Person If...

• You're studying Marketing, Comm, Journalism, Film, or something adjacent (or you taught yourself — we respect it)
• You have an eye for what looks good and you can't help but notice bad design
• You've spent real time on Instagram and TikTok (growing a page = bonus points)
• You're comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, or Canva
• Your writing is clear, fun, and adaptable to different platforms
• You don't wait to be told what to do, you just do it
