Social Media Intern INDYCAR, 2027 Season
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse the posting.
Sections:
- About Us (description of company). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? But they said "About the role" heading. However we can also use "About Us" as a heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, but we should use those headings when appropriate. Likely they expect those exact headings. So we should use "About the role" for description of role/company? Might be okay.
But we also have "What You'll Do" which is responsibilities. So we can map that to Responsibilities.
"Your Responsibilities" also responsibilities.
"What You Bring" includes required experience & skills, education, etc. That could be Requirements, Qualifications, Skills.
We have "Education" separate.
We have "Leadership" (no supervisory responsibilities) maybe not needed.
We have "FLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL" includes schedule/hours, travel, etc. That could map to Schedule (hours) and maybe Benefits? Not benefits.
We have "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" maybe not a heading; could be omitted if not matching headings.
We have "WORK ENVIRONMENT" maybe not needed.
We have "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY" boilerplate to remove.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
Thus we can have:
About the role
with description from About Us and maybe role overview.
Responsibilities
with bullet list from "What You'll Do" and "Your Responsibilities". Combine.
Requirements
maybe for required experience & skills? Or "Qualifications". We need to decide.
We have "Required Experience & Skills" list.
We have "Education" (Currently pursuing...).
We have "Skills" maybe separate for preferred skills (Adobe Creative Suite, social listening tools). Could be under Skills.
We have "Benefits": none mentioned. So omit Benefits.
Pay: none mentioned. Omit.
Schedule: we have hours per week, duration, flexibility, travel. So we can have Schedule section with details: Internship duration Feb 2027- Sep 2027 (but also says begins March and concludes end of September). Must be available for all INDYCAR events during this period. Minimum 15 hours per week during Spring semester and minimum 30 hours per week for duration of internship. Travel for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples but we could also use other headings if needed? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they want us to use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but they say "Use for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings; any other info that doesn't fit could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to fit all info into those headings. Could we put Physical Demands under Requirements or Qualifications? Possibly under Requirements. Work Environment maybe under Requirements or About the role. But better to create a section like "Working Conditions" not allowed. However we could incorporate into Responsibilities or About the role.
But we must not invent sections like "Physical Demands". We could add a

under Requirements or Qualifications that includes physical demands and work environment. Let's try to map: - About the role: company overview (About Us) + role overview (What You'll Do summary). Could combine. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "Required Experience & Skills" (must have) plus Education. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred qualifications" (Adobe Creative Suite, social listening tools) plus leadership? Not needed. - Skills: maybe list of skills like communication, teamwork, etc. But we have overlapping. Better to follow typical job posting sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can assign: About the role: company description + role purpose. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do" and "Your Responsibilities".
