Social Media & Guest Services Intern

Social Media

• Create and capture content during events.
• Apply social media trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Track the growth of the social accounts.
• Build brand awareness and promote park offerings.
• Work with guests one-on-one to gather feedback.

Guest Services

• Manage and supervise Ticket Office, Front Gate, Retail Shops, Attractions, etc.
• Be trained in six departments under the Guest Services umbrella.
• Assist seasonal staff as needed.

Requirements

• College student studying Marketing, Social Media, Hospitality, Communications, Business Management, or related fields.
• Examples of recent work, including graphics and social media content.
• Ability to capture, edit, and post content.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Understanding of social media platforms.

Preferred

• Experience in working with guests in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent initiative.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of sports and how to capture game highlights.
