Reports to: Social Engagement Coordinator • 20–30 hours per week (opportunity to pick up additional shifts) • Remote (Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, South Carolina only) • $13.00/hour

About the Role

Bubble Skincare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, social media, and digital marketing, and is willing to go the extra mile to enhance our online presence. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms.
• Respond to each and every comment, DM, and featured video in a timely and professional manner using our specific tone of voice.
• Collaborate with our social media team to maintain and improve best practices for increasing engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media engagement.
• Commit to the overall expectation of keeping our online community excited and engaged.
• Surface creators who are passionate about Bubble who could make for great members of the Bubble Creator or Ambassador communities.
• Monitor and raise any concerns from individuals posting about Bubble.

Schedule

Mandatory weekend, early morning, and night shifts. Available shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• 6:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 7:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
