About the role

The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting Cigarette Racing’s brand through engaging digital content across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activity across all company social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule social media posts using a content calendar.
  • Maintain brand consistency and monitor social media engagement and analytics.
  • Support product launches and events by capturing photo and video content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase the craftsmanship, innovation, and luxury performance of Cigarette Racing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media and digital content.
  • Experience with luxury, marine, automotive, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Photography and videography.
  • Drone photography/videography (FAA certification preferred).
  • Social media management platforms.
  • Website CMS experience.
  • Email marketing platforms.
  • Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location

Onsite in Opa Locka, FL.

Employment Type

Full-Time, Hourly (non-exempt).

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime or weekends.

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with occasional travel to events, photoshoots, sea trials, or industry engagements. May require extended hours during product launches, major campaigns, or special events. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is based in a boat manufacturing or repair facility. The work environment may involve exposure to chemicals and fumes, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
