Social Media Digital Content Coordinator

Job Summary

The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator will oversee the facility’s online presence. This role is dedicated to showcasing the daily lives of residents, highlighting staff dedication, and building trust within communities. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness.

Essential Duties

• Capture and curate daily/weekly moments, activities and resident milestones
• Manage a consistent content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc.)
• Create basic graphic designs, photo carousels, and short-form videos (staff spotlights, resident interviews, facility engagements etc.)
• Maintain a consistent online presence and engage with followers
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a digital community for families of residents by sharing, event flyers and facility news
• Track platform metrics (Community outreach, engagement, follower growth) and provide monthly reports
