Social Media Content Producer

About the role

As the Social Media Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission online. You will develop and execute social media and other content that engages our target audience, promotes our educational offerings, and builds our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and share engaging content daily across our key social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
• Create visually appealing, on-trend, and informative posts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Contribute to and implement the overall social media strategy designed to expand awareness of and interest in Campus.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content creation.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a social media and/or content creation role.
• Excellent content creation skills: shooting video (at least on iPhone), video editing, and basic graphic design.
• Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Figma for visual design (preferred).
• Undeniable taste and high standards for your own creative work.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to keep pace with changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to appear on-camera occasionally (a plus).

Pay

A compensation package that includes a base salary ($80,000 - $95,000) + equity grant. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule (Mon & Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in-office).
