We are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to implement a cohesive multi-platform content strategy through daily management of FAI’s social media channels. This role focuses on driving brand awareness by transforming medical success into accessible, high-impact storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management & Community Engagement
    • Platform Ownership: Execute daily social media operations across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, etc.), ensuring a balance of medical authority and powerful storytelling.
    • Community & FAQ Management: Act as the voice of FAI in comments and Direct Messages (DMs). Ensure social responses and FAQs are always up-to-date, medically accurate, and reflect current organizational protocols.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of social trends and platform updates, identifying creative ways to leverage them within the context of a healthcare brand.
  • Content Strategy & Execution
    • Monthly Planning: Partner with the internal team to develop comprehensive monthly content calendars well in advance to ensure a consistent and proactive posting cadence.
    • Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Marketing & Growth to develop and refine channel-specific strategies.
    • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure social efforts align with an overarching content strategy, including the FAI newsletter, general emails, and internal communications to other departments.
    • Creator Collaboration: Work closely with the content creator to maximize the utility of video and photo assets, ensuring content is leveraged effectively across all platforms.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Training
    • Data-Driven Insights: Produce detailed monthly analytics reports tracking growth, engagement, and conversion, providing actionable insights to optimize future performance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing professional development, including the successful completion and maintenance of the HubSpot Social Media Strategy Certification to manage scheduling and social listening.
    • Internal Activations: Support on-site clinic activations and internal communications to capture "real-world" moments of food freedom.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a social media role, ideally within a healthcare, science, or high-stakes lifestyle brand.
  • Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva (using the FAI + TPIRC Brand Kit), HubSpot, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Mindset: A proactive learner who seeks continuous training and process improvement.
