Aquent is partnering with a leading technology company that shapes the future of digital experiences to find an Influencer Program Manager. This role will drive awareness, engagement, and community participation for a globally beloved interactive entertainment product by executing world-class creator campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns and creator activations aligned with the product strategy and major cultural moments.
- Partner closely with internal marketing, product, and legal teams, as well as external partners, to translate campaign priorities into clear creator-focused plans and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day influencer program operations, including creator outreach, contracting workflows, briefing, scheduling, and ongoing communications.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the interactive experience’s creator ecosystem, platform trends, and emerging communities across leading content platforms.
- Help identify and recommend creators that align with the brand’s values, audience goals, and campaign needs, including both top-tier and rising talent.
- Coordinate campaign logistics such as content timelines, asset delivery, approvals, and launch support to ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Support creator engagement opportunities tied to tentpole moments such as live events, multiplayer activations, and sponsored programming.
- Track and interpret influencer campaign performance, contributing to reporting dashboards and post-campaign recaps while using insights to optimize future activations.
- Ensure creator partnerships feel authentic, community-first, and aligned with the brand’s tone, values, and player expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the field, with 2+ years specifically in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent-driven campaign execution within gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.
- Deep understanding of creator platforms and content ecosystems, including leading social channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creator workstreams simultaneously, including outreach, briefing, scheduling, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners while ensuring campaigns remain authentic and community-first.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, creative, legal, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with influencer performance reporting, campaign measurement, and translating results into actionable insights (platform analytics experience preferred).
- Comfort working within operational systems including standard productivity suites, influencer tracking tools, CRM-style workflows, and contract/payment processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting creator briefs, outreach messaging, and campaign documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, culture-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of interactive digital experiences and familiarity with their creator ecosystem.
- Experience managing influencer activations for video game publishers, gaming platforms, esports organizations, or similar consumer-facing entertainment brands.
- A good balance between a creative and data-driven mentality, demonstrating a go-getter/self-starter attitude.
