Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) -Future Opening

This role sits within our Paid Social team, where you’ll build high-performing strategies for B2B businesses across Technology, Industrial, and Services markets.
The Paid Strategist is a client-facing role responsible for day-to-day deliverables, custom strategy creation, and execution of Paid Social campaigns. You’ll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks, work quality, and improvements
- Build quarterly strategies for clients
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on B2B client support
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and other advertising tools
- Strong grasp of Paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Competitive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Stay current with industry trends and share insights
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quality-focused with a passion for advertising
- Travel to client sites approximately once per year or as needed

Work Environment
This is a remote-first role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. (or in our Irvine, CA office). Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, or Australia for candidates with established work authorization. Collaboration happens via Zoom and Slack.
