Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and in-clinic moments
- Create, post, and schedule social media content
- Brainstorm fun, engaging, and on-brand content ideas
- Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with relevant local content
- Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence online
- Track content ideas and assist with organizing a content calendar
- Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming front desk experience
- Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and respond to basic patient inquiries
- Collect co-pays and support light front desk administrative tasks as needed
- Help keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and branding
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends preferred
- Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating engaging content
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with patients and team members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Previous front desk, hospitality, wellness, retail, or medical office experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills required; EMR experience is a plus
