Social Marketing Intern

Job Description

Help bring our brand to life online by assisting with content creation, posting, and ideating fresh and engaging social campaigns.

Interns may begin their internship at early as August 10, 2026 - November 16, 2026.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across various platforms
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative, trendy ideas that align with COTA's brand and current social media trends
  • Help organize digital asset managers such as Dropbox
  • Support content calendar planning
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments and messages as needed
  • Absorb on-site content capture during events (race weekends, concerts, etc.)

Physical Demand & Work Environments

• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
