Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Intern will be joining GY Properties' team for the Fall semester. This position is ideal for a junior or senior student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create photo and video content for residential properties, as well as corporate marketing initiatives.
• Aid in planning, developing, and executing social media content strategies.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Assist with on-site content shoots and property visits as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and content creation.
• Experience using Canva and CapCut.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable creating both photo and video content on-site.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
