Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social learning programs tailored to youth needs.
- Navigate community schools to enhance educational opportunities for students.
- Mentor and support students in developing critical life skills.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to improve student outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Passport to work in diverse communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
