Social Content Creator Temp

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content from concept through final delivery, including filming and editing.
• Execute creative concepts and content briefs developed by the Social Creative Lead and marketing team.
• Produce multiple social-first videos each week while maintaining brand standards and quality.
• Write social copy for internally created posts across social platforms.
• Aid in managing project timelines to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Creative Lead and cross-functional partners to execute creative priorities.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform features, and emerging content formats.
• Afford content performance and apply learnings to future content.
• Appear on camera as needed to support brand content across social platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating social-first content for a brand or agency, with a portfolio showcasing engaging, platform-native content preferred.
• Experience filming and editing short-form video for social media.
• Working knowledge of studio lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing tools) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first content creation required.
• Must be Philadelphia based.

This assignment will be for one year with the option to extend.
