Social Content Creator & On-Camera Host

About the Role

United By Nature is seeking a Social Media Producer who excels in creating viral-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This role requires hands-on creation of engaging, culturally relevant, and shareable content.

What You'll Do

• Create internet-first, viral-style content including Reels, TikToks, memes, and carousels that feel native to the feed.
• Own the day-to-day creation of social-first content, moving fast to capitalize on trending topics.
• Be the face and storyteller of the brand, hosting, interviewing, and creating authentic, personality-driven content.
• Own the production process from concept to publish, including filming, editing, and publishing social assets.
• Create high-quality, iPhone-first, lo-fi content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram, collaborating with the marketing team on larger campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• A natural on-camera presence with humor, personality, and confidence.
• A proven eye for what performs, understanding trends, formats, hooks, and platform culture on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong self-directed production skills, proficient in CapCut and Canva (or similar tools).
• Speed and scrappiness, able to turn concepts into published content in hours.
• A collaborative spirit, working closely with the marketing team on larger campaigns while owning your day-to-day content.
