Location: Hybrid - Cottonwood Heights, UtahSchedule: 2-3 days a week (16-24/hour a week) About The RoleBackcountry's creator and social commerce programs are growing, and the brand marketing team needs hands-on support to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. As the Social Commerce Intern, you will work directly alongside the brand marketing team to manage creator pipelines, coordinate product seeding, and help execute campaigns end to end. Success in this internship means consistently delivering reliable support that keeps campaigns on track and creator relationships moving forward. What You'll DoFind and vet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platformsManage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding listsAssist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reportingSupport occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic effortsReview creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tagsMonitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation What We're Looking ForBasic knowledge of social media trends and platformsFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platformsStrong interest in the creator economy and social commerceEager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on tasks Why JoinThe people who do best here are builders.
