Role Description The Football/Soccer Agent role is a remote position, on contract-basis, responsible for representing and managing professional football/soccer talent. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting players and coaches, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiating contracts, transfers, and endorsement deals with clubs and partners. The agent will coordinate communications between clients and clubs, provide career advice, and stay current on market trends, league regulations, and FIFA rules. This role also involves preparing professional documentation, attending virtual meetings, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to secure opportunities that align with clients’ goals. QualificationsStrong knowledge of Football and familiarity with international leagues, regulations, and player development.Experience or education in Sports Management or Business, including athlete representation, contract structures, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in Sales, with a track record of negotiation, deal-making, and building business partnerships.Client Service skills to maintain positive, trusted relationships with players, coaches, clubs, and partners.Team Leadership abilities to collaborate with colleagues, coordinate efforts, and guide clients through decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and negotiations simultaneously.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, exercising sound judgment and ethical decision-making.Prior experience in sports agency work, club administration, or related football/soccer roles is an advantage.Preferred Experience/QualificationsFIFA Football Agent License is preferred, but not initially required.2+ years of contract negotiation experience.Understanding of SciSports, Wyscout, or other similar football/soccer scouting softwares.Multilingual.Not Required, but would be the perfect role for a former player.Requirements2+ years of experience in Sports Management, Business, Sales or similar fields.Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field.4+ years in contract negotiation in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.Able to travel on occasion.Proficient in Google Business Suite.Deep understanding of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR).Understanding of social/digital media.Able to work on weekends or holidays when necessary.Able to work in a collaborative environment. What We OfferThis role will initially be a part-time, contracted role on a per client / contract commission with potential for signing bonuses. There will also be potential to make this a full-time role, as well. While this role is based in the United States, it is not required to currently reside in the United States for you to apply.
