Soccer Coach Full Time

About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development. We operate in various locations across the North Houston area, including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Montgomery, and Willis.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on time and provide a positive experience for children and families
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters/attendance
• Build positive relationships with childcare center staff
• Go home knowing you made a positive difference in a child’s life today!

Requirements

• Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $16 for training
Hourly rate of $16–$20 or $30,000 salary once full-time
Seasonal fuel stipends totaling $1,200 annually
Bonus opportunities

Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm
