Soccer Coach

The Role

As a Soccer Coach for Super Soccer Stars, you will lead engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive atmosphere, and positive reinforcement to encourage children to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or teaching soccer and a passion for working with children
• Ability to deliver fun, dynamic, and educational activities that promote skill development
• Strong communication skills for interacting with players, parents, and team members
• Willingness to adapt to different age groups and skill levels

Qualifications

• Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children, preferably in sports
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and training techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young players
• Mandatory availability to work weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the growth of each child
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
