Duties
- Lead 3-5 Sessions as well as 1-2 games per weekend.
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies.
- Develop and implement practice drills and game plans.
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates.
- Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and workshops to enhance coaching skills.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and coaching techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for youth sports and a commitment to fostering positive environments.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in youth soccer.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as needed.
